General Questions

Q: What if I do not remember the email address I entered at the iPad station? Now I cannot access my pictures!

A: If you do not remember what email address you entered at the iPad station you can access your images by entering your photo code. Your photo code is located at the bottom of your 5x7 print.

 

Q: What if I do not remember the email address I entered at the iPad station and I cut off the border on my 5x7, therefore, I no longer have my photo code.

A: If you do not remember what email address you entered at the iPad station and no longer have your photo code please provide customer service with the following information: the day you went to have your photos taken, mall, and what package you purchase? If you have your price sheet please provide me with the code at the bottom of the barcode as well.

 

Q: Why when I enter my email address/photo code is it giving me an error?

A: Please allow 24 hours after having your photos taken for all of your pictures to be uploaded to MyAlbumPics.com. If you are then still having trouble, please email customer support.

 

Q: When I enter my photo code online it makes all the letters capitalized, therefore my code will not work.


A: The photo code is not case sensitive. If your photo code is not working after 24 hours please email customer support.

 

Q: My photo code is not working, why?

A: Please make sure you are entering your photo code correctly. The photo code consists of 17 characters. The third section is the only part that will consist on letters. The order is letter, number, letter, number… (7 total characters).

 

Q: Where are my photos?


A: Please be sure to scroll all the way to the right side of the screen after logging in using your email address or photo code, not a username and password.

 

Q: Where is my online credit?


A: Please make sure you login using your photo code and not an account created. Your online credit will be located in the top right hand corner of the screen and will automatically be applied to your order.

 

Q: Why can’t I use my remaining credit towards shipping and tax?


A: Online credit is for merchandise only and is a one-time use. The online credit is not a cash value, and cannot be used with other coupons.

 

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

A: Please allow an estimated 1-3 business days for production (process and print time). Shipping time varies depending on the type of shipping you select. An order received Friday with overnight shipping will be processed within 1-3 business days and then shipped on the next business day to be delivered overnight.

 

Q: Is checkout secure?

A: Yes. You can always double check by locating a lock to the right of the URL web address during checkout.

 

Q: What if I am unsure if my transaction went through?

A: Once your order has been processed, a transaction complete page will appear and a receipt is sent to your email. However, if you received an error or still have questions about your order, please email customer service.

 

Q: How can I track my order?

A: Orders can be tracked by contacting customer service. Click on the “Customer Support” link at the bottom of the page at www.MyAlbumPics.com. Please fill out the form including your order number and we can let you know the status. Please Note: Production (process and print time) is an estimated time of 1-3 business days in addition to the shipping method chosen.

 

Q: How long will I have access to my photo?

A: Photos are usually available for a year, but may be removed at any time.
