Q: Why doesn’t the USB I purchased have any images on it?
A: Please check to make sure your USB is inserted correctly. From the “Start” button on your computer, go to “My Computer” and look for the drive that shows the USB or removable disc. Photos will be in the “Images” folder. If you need further assistance, please take your USB, receipt, and a photo you had printed from the session to the location of purchase.

Q: What are the Santa/Bunny set hours at my mall?
A: Visit your mall website or visit the set, mall hours are posted

Q: Why doesn’t my photo code work?
A: Photo codes can take up to 24 hours to appear online. However, if you still have questions about your order, please contact customer service by clicking here.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Please allow an estimated 1-3 days for production (process and print time). Shipping time varies depending on the type of shipping you select. An order received Friday with overnight shipping will be processed within 1-3 days and then shipped on the next business day to be delivered overnight.

Q: I selected 2 day shipping yesterday, where is my order??
A: Shipping estimates are calculated in business days, please allow 1-3 days for production (process and print time) in addition to the shipping method chosen.

Q: Is checkout secure?
A: Yes, this is a secure checkout. You can always double check by locating a lock to the right of the URL web address during checkout.

Q: What if I am unsure if my transaction went through?
A: Once your order has been processed, a transaction complete page will appear and a receipt is sent to your email. However, if you received an error or still have questions about your order, please contact customer service by clicking here.

Q: Will my picture have words across it?
Q: My photo says “MyAlbumPics.com” across the middle
A: Your purchased image will not have the “MyAlbumPics.com” watermark on it.

Q: I can’t find my gallery or photo?
A: Some photos/galleries are unavailable due to technical malfunctions. If you would like us to do additional research, please contact customer service by clicking here.

Q: What if I got charged twice?

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Orders can be tracked by contacting customer service by clicking here or on the “contact us” link at the bottom of the page at www.MyAlbumPics.com. Please fill out the form and we can let us know the status. Please Note: Production (process and print time) is an estimated time of 1-3 days in addition to the shipping method chosen.

Q: How long will I have access to my photo?
A: Photos are usually available for a year, but may be removed at any time.
