General Questions

Q. Where do I find my photo code to access my photos?
A.  Your photo code is located in the bottom right hand corner of one of the photos you purchased at the Santa set.  If this was accidently cut off please email customer support with the date, time, and description of your photo and we will do our best to locate it.

Q: Why won’t my photo code work?
A: Please allow 24 hours till photos post, if then it is still not working please contact customer support.

Q: When I enter my photo code online it makes all the letters capitalized, therefore that is why my code will not work.
A: The photo code is not case sensitive.  If your photo code is still not working please contact customer support.

Q: Where are my photos?
A: Please be sure to scroll all the way to the right side of the screen after logging in using your photo code not an account created.

Q: Where is my online credit?
A: Please make sure you login using your photo code and not an account created.  Your online credit will be located in the top right hand corner and will automatically apply to your order. 

Q: Why do I have to enter all of my information if I am only getting my free digital download?
A: All you need to enter when getting your free digital download is your name and email address. This should already be entered because you entered it on step two to access your photos.

Q: Why can’t I use my remaining credit towards shipping?
A: Online credit is for merchandise only and a one time use.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Please allow an estimated 1-3 business days for production (process and print time). Shipping time varies depending on the type of shipping you select. An order received Friday with overnight shipping will be processed within 1-3 business days and then shipped on the next business day to be delivered overnight.

Q: How do I get my free digital download?
A: Go to www.MyAlbumPics.com
Enter in your photo code in the space provided and click submit
Enter the following information (the email you enter the photos will be sent to)
Click the tab on the left side that says free digital downloads                      
Add your first photo to your cart
If you have more than one photo continue shopping and do the process over again by selecting the free digital download tab.  You can do this until you have all 3 photos in your shopping cart.
Continue to check out.
You should see a balance of zero
You do not need to enter any information except name and email address
Your photos will then be sent individually to your email address and with the copy rights attached.

 Q: Is checkout secure?
A: Yes, this is a secure checkout. You can always double check by locating a lock to the right of the URL web address during checkout.

Q: What if I am unsure if my transaction went through?
A: Once your order has been processed, a transaction complete page will appear and a receipt is sent to your email. However, if you received an error or still have questions about your order, please contact customer service.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Orders can be tracked by contacting customer service by clicking on the “Customer Support” link at the bottom of the page at www.MyAlbumPics.com. Please fill out the form and we can let you know the status. Please Note: Production (process and print time) is an estimated time of 1-3 business days in addition to the shipping method chosen.

Q: How long will I have access to my photo?
A: Photos are usually available for a year, but may be removed at any time.
